Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping options and rates below.

UK Shipping

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £6

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Once dispatched, delivery is typically expected within 1–2 working days.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery — £15

For faster UK delivery, we offer Royal Mail Next Day Delivery for £15.

Orders must be placed before our daily cut-off time (2PM) to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

International Shipping

DHL International — £18

International orders are shipped via DHL for a flat rate of £18.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

During busy periods, product launches, sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges once they reach the destination country.

Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
